I am always trying to commit these to memory, and to be honest, I am much better at them now than I have ever been. It’s just one of those things where practice really does make perfect.
…but we all need a little help sometimes.

If you need a conversion that you don’t see here, or something completely off topic (like converting inches in to centimeters and any of that weird Metric system stuff) Google really comes in handy. I use it all the time for stupid little things that I should know, or pretty sure that I do, and maybe just need a little reassurance without the possibly of judgment of asking a someone and risking embarrassment.
Simply type “How many ounces are in 3 cups” or something like that, and you will get all of the information you could ever want. And more often than not, conversion charts for all kinds of things will start flooding your screen. So have at it, and never be afraid to ask!
